When requesting for payment for the first time, you must attach a letter from the bank confirming that the account to which you want payment belongs to the person, organisation or project that has been awarded the grant. This letter is also known as the Bank Verification Letter.
If you have verified your account before, but you want the instalment to be paid to another account, you need to upload a new letter from the bank.
