If your project is awarded a grant from the Nordic Culture Fund, you will receive an e-mail stipulating the amount and the conditions attached.
On this page, you can find all the information you need about payments, Bank Verification Letters and what to remember when reporting on your project afterwards.
You need to request the payment via My Page. Funding will be paid in one or two instalments, depending on the size of the grant and the type and length of the project. There may be specific conditions attached to your funding.
Please note that you must attach a Bank Verification Letter to the payment request.
Throughout the process, you can track and manage your project via My Page, including requesting payment of instalments, lodging final reports etc, by using the same username you stipulated when you submitted your application.
You must credit the Nordic Culture Fund and use our logo in connection with the communication and presentation of your project. You are also welcome to tag us @nordiskkulturfond when telling about the project on social media.
The final report and project accounts must be submitted within three months of the project completion date. The completion date is the date you stated in the application unless the Fund has approved a new completion date, in which case the new date will apply.
The final report is submitted via My Page. Remember that you need to confirm with your signature that you have used the grant for the purposes described in the application.
